CONTRIBUTION FOR NEEDY AND DESERVING STUDENTS
PIT Nandgarh, a constituent college of MRSPTU, Bathinda, was started in 2011 to impart value education to the students of rural area of Bathinda and Shri Muktsar sahib districts. Numerous scholarship schemes are launched by Government of Punjab and by the university to make education affordable for the students belonging to different sections of society irrespective of their caste, religion and gender. Still, many of the aspiring students are deprived of getting higher education due to their poor family financial conditions.
A scheme "Support and Encourage Education for Deserving Students (SEEDS)" is launched to invite contribution and donations in monetary form from the general public, alumni and the kind-hearted people of the society to support the deserving students to continue their studies.
